We are a member of FarmStayUK and Bed & Breakfast Nationwide. We are also a member of 'Stay On A Cheshire Farm' - a group of farmhouse B&B's across Cheshire.
Gradings
We have a 4 star grading with Silver Award from 'Visit England', and a 4 star grading from the AA. We have thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to London for 'AA Friendliest Landlady of the Year 2008' where we were awarded an engraved Villeroy & Boch Decanter for being one of the 20 finalists invited out of a possible 4000 landladies! We had an amazing meal at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hyde Park and met with some lovely landladies (& landlords) from other parts of the country!

We were also finalists for Visit Chester and Cheshire B & B of the Year 2008 but unfortunately did not win and we were finalists in both 2005 and 2006 aswell. Staying at Hill House Farm
You have a choice of 3 bedrooms in the farmhouse, and the luxury self-contained cottage with four-poster bed. All my guests have the choice of a traditional English breakfast or a lighter
Continental breakfast. I buy as much local food as possible. Hill House Farm is no-smoking throughout.
We are minutes from the pretty town of Tarporley, with its old coaching inns and top-quality boutique shopping. Chester is only 15 minutes away, so if you want to see Chester Zoo, The Rows or Cheshire Oaks you are ideally placed. It is hosting a spectacular range of events across the whole year in galleries, museums, theatres and outdoor spaces throughout the city.
Dogs are welcome at Hill House Farm by arrangement. Please contact us if you wish to bring your dog - a small charge of £5 per visit is made per dog to cover extra cleaning etc.
