We are having a busy Summer, like most parts of the country we are hoping for some drier weather but no sign as yet!
This summer we have acquired two black (& a little bit of white) kittens, we have called them Ebb and Flo, they are sisters and are almost identical! They live outside in the yard - although Flo has tried to sneak in through the front door with some of the guests as she has taken a shine to being indoors - but we seem to have stopped that at the moment! They are really friendly kittens, great fun and have kept me amused while washing up as they are usually playing games with each other or up to some sort of mischief in the yard outside my kitchen window!
They are meant to help Grommit keep the mouse population under control, although I think Grommit seems to prefers Spring rabbits and he can usually be found curled up in his bed in the feed room resting! Sadly we lost Grommits sister last Christmas so we planned to find him some company once the weather warmed up! We are still waiting for the weather!
